What you are buying
A written, personalised behaviour plan, drafted from our protocol library and reviewed by a person before it is sent to you. It is education and coaching material. It is not veterinary care, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace either.
What we will not do
We do not give medication advice of any kind — that belongs to your vet. We do not coach dogs with a bite history remotely, and we do not take on aggression cases, protection or guard training. Where your intake shows one of these, we refund you in full and point you at the right kind of professional instead.
No outcome promise
We do not promise your dog will be fixed, by any date or at all. Behaviour work depends on the dog, the household and consistency over weeks to months, and the published research in this field does not support outcome guarantees from anyone. Anyone offering you one is selling something.
Refunds
14 days from delivery, on satisfaction with the plan. If it is not worth what you paid, email hello@thresholddog.com and say so; we refund it. Refusal-path refunds are automatic and do not need you to ask.
Your responsibility
You know your dog and we do not. If anything in a plan looks wrong for your dog on the day, stop and tell us. Keep everyone safe first; no training goal is worth a bite.
