Before you buy

The questions worth asking

Why is this more expensive than an online course?
Because it is not a course. A $49 reactivity bundle is a good product and it teaches you a method — you still have to decide which method fits your dog, what distance to start at, and what to do the week it goes backwards. Those decisions are what you are buying here; the plan is machine-checked before delivery and held for a person when the check finds a problem.
What does the refund actually cover?
14 days, on satisfaction with the plan. If it is not worth what you paid, say so and the money comes back. What it is not is an outcome guarantee: nobody honest can promise your dog will be fixed, and the field does not have the data to support that claim either.
What if you decide you cannot help my dog?
You get refunded in full and pointed at the right kind of professional. That is a real code path, not a policy sentence — a bite that broke skin, a suspected medical cause, or a request we will not serve ends in a refund and a referral rather than a plan.
Is there a subscription?
Not today. A weekly check-in companion is planned once there are enough customers to build it properly, and it will be cancel-anytime. The plan you buy is yours permanently either way.
